Returns
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the case of product damage. The following conditions must be met:
- An unboxing video of the product must be provided, showing a 360-degree angle to clearly capture the damage.
- You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized artworks.
- Items damaged due to mishandling, improper care, or external factors after delivery.
- Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., preference for different colors or designs).
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our support team at contact.boonart@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the required unboxing video.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Shipping the Item: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our support team.
- Inspection & Resolution: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item and process the appropriate resolution (refund or replacement) within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued only in cases where the product is damaged and a valid unboxing video is provided within the stipulated timeframe.

Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and we cannot make changes.
