Yes, we provide Free Delivery Across India on all orders.

❌ We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

At Boonart, we understand that many customers prefer the convenience of Cash on Delivery. However, after careful consideration, we have decided not to offer COD — and we’d like to be transparent about why.

1. High Rate of Cancellations & Returns

COD orders often lead to non-acceptance or last-minute cancellations after the product is shipped. Since our products are custom-made and printed on demand, such cancellations result in a complete loss for us — as each artwork is created specifically for the customer.

2. Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our artworks are personalized or printed only after receiving an order. Once a print is created, it cannot be reused or resold. To keep our quality high and prices fair, we only process prepaid orders.

3. 100% Secure Online Payments

Your online payments are completely safe. We use trusted and encrypted Razorpay / Shopify Payments gateways to ensure your transactions are fully secure. You can pay using UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets.

4. Faster Processing & Hassle-Free Delivery

Prepaid orders are automatically verified and dispatched faster, ensuring quicker delivery without the delays that often come with COD verification or payment issues during delivery.

If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement immediately.

Since all Boonart products are made to order, returns or cancellations are not accepted once printing has started. However, we do offer replacements for damaged products.
